Out and About

Before your big third week birthday, we have taken a few trips out with you over the past couple days to run some errands and pick up some things we needed.  Also, mom was finally able to drive on Friday, so we decided to head to Polaris and go shopping.  During this time, we went to Target, Babies R Us, Costco, and we also ate at an Indian restaurant   (well, you didn't, but Mom and Dad did) :).  While we were out, you didn't cry at all but just sat in your carseat like a good boy.  We decided to take some pumped milk that I had pumped earlier in the day to feed you instead of me trying to breastfeed in public.  Perhaps one day it will get a little easier to breastfeed you and I will be able to do that in the car instead of pumping while you get a bottle from Dad!  When it came time to change you, we decided to go into Target and use their changing table in the bathroom to change you.  Again, you did a great job, and some woman in the restroom commented that you "were so small and cute".  I may be biased but I have to agree.

Here is a picture of you inside of the restaurant while Dad and I ate.  I only uncovered you to take this picture, otherwise we keep you covered up because it is flu season now and we don't want you getting overly exposed to any germs that could get you sick.  By the way, you look very cool in your hat, even though it may be a little big on you at this point.

On Sunday, we went to Bob Evans for Breakfast.   I didn't get any pictures of you while we were there, but you slept in your carseat again like a champ.

Next week, Mom is going to take you out by herself to practice doing everything without Dad around. I can't wait for our next adventure!
