On Monday, February 4 you had an appointment with an audiologist at Nationwide Children's Hospital to make sure that your hearing was okay. Why, you ask? Well, when you were two and three days old, you failed the initial hearing screening that they give you in the hospital. Your dad and I knew that you were able to hear things around you before we went for the test, but it was great to find out that you passed the test! You were such a good boy because you had to remain still and quiet for 40 minutes so that the doctor could complete the test, all while having electrodes connected to your head and hearing sensors connected in your ears. You didn't like the sensors in your ear when she was putting them in, but after a little fussing you went right to sleep, which was good because we were able to finish within an hour!
Here is a little video of you during the test. You are cute even with electrodes attached to your head. Ha!
